After working with teenage girls for almost two decades, there is nothing that makes me happier than a teen girl owning her power. Choosing whether or not we empower our teen girls isn’t an option. Every girl deserves to harness the intuitive intelligence she holds and the potential within.

After 4 years of balancing being a single-mom, and many sleepless nights I graduated as a Registered Nurse and worked in the profession for nearly 20 years. My educational and clinical background as a R.N., ingrained in me prevention and nurturing care, serving as the underpinning of the foundational work I have embarked upon.

The Academy is a place for teenage girls to reconnect with their own inner strength, to learn how to navigate teen pressures, and show up as their most authentic self. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands of teen girls across the world, using empowering inner tools, mindsets, and strategies. I’m thrilled that I’ve been able to help these teen girls own their power and discover their worth that roots them in their true identity.

After almost two decades in nursing, including palliative, psychiatric/ geriatric, and home care, I felt it was finally time to put down my stethoscope. As a nurse I was known for my holistic philosophy. I saw firsthand that caring for someone’s emotional and spiritual well-being is just as essential as addressing their physical needs. This philosophy of whole-person care taught me that true healing involves more than medicine. It’s about creating a compassionate space where patients feel seen, supported, and valued, even in life’s most challenging moments. This understanding continues to guide me in my role as a coach, where I bring the same dedication to caring for the mind, body, and spirit as I did throughout my nursing career.

As women we are all seeking the same guidance and support, we wish we’d received as teens and to this day carry remnants of that unhealed teenage girl within.

Becoming a spiritual psychology coach and practitioner was a journey that required a deep personal commitment and countless hours of reading, study, practice, and self-reflection. After hundreds of hours dedicated to classes, absorbing teachings, completing assignments, and prayer it was complete.
What an incredible and transformative journey. The feeling of accomplishment upon reaching this goal was immense, but more than that, I could not wait to implement these transformational processes into my coaching practice

I have been writing a book that is very much aligned with my life’s purpose. The title, outline and content of this book has been on my heart for over 20 years, and represents the culmination of my life’s experience and wisdom.
Using my personal story as a backdrop, I will illustrate how the most painful moments of our lives can lead to deeper purpose and fulfillment. I will also explain why intergenerational healing is critical to pave the way for the next generation of women.
Although it won’t be ready until next year, my hope is that this book will serve as a pathway to greater consciousness, empowerment, and love. I can’t wait to share it with you!

After working with me they have a deeper sense of self - taking their lives to the next level by authentically expressing themselves and going after their
dreams.
